Conversations with friends.
A series of paintings relating to conversations with friends looking at how we relate to the people opposite and how their interactions can tell us about the conversations we are having . Interest and disinterest to contemplation.
These paintings also are a changing point as their is a lot of colour play, opposite colours are used to bring a brightness to each painting aswell as some using textured ground that enables a build up of paint
Just a quick note I am working on getting ready for international shipping in the meantime contact me directly if anything catches your eye

Where every brushstroke matters
My work is going through a transitional period I am trying to find my voice and where my art sits in the art world. I am learning to embrace paint and what I can do with it. So in other words watch this space there is exciting work just waiting to be made !
Recent Portraits
Recently I have been going back to my first love portraiture, pushing paint around exploring how I apply paint, what can I achieve . I have learnt about myself I’m a messy painter, I enjoy expressing myself through the brush strokes. I have stopped wanting to paint like everyone else or wishing I could be as good . I am the best I can be at this moment in time.

Just of the easel
I’m currently creating a series of drawings that look at the everyday musings. These are fun charcoal studies that have my observations emblazoned on.
